Online Owner Registration Form

You can register as an owner in one of two ways:

  • Download and complete the appropriate registration form – either the Individual Owner Registration Form or the Whānau Trust Registration Form – and email it to shareregister@arconsultants.co.nz, or
  • Choose one of the tabs below to fill out the online form that applies to you and help us keep our Trust and Incorporation share registers up to date.

  • Allow the Trust to communicate with me via email or post

  • Ensure I receive the correct benefits

  • Help the Trust identify other owners who may be eligible to register and receive benefits

This information is collected for use by the Trusts and Incorporations managed by Awhi Rōpū Consultants, P.O. Box 987, Rotorua, as well as their employees and contractors, for administration purposes.
